Bob Briscoe outlined the benefits the ’TCP Prague’ has over other TCP congestion algorithms. He discussed in depth how the protocol utilizes ’Scalable Congestion Control’ to provide better performance within the datacenter. He went on to discuss some requirements within the IETF standards & Linux Kernel for the implementation of the protocol
