NETDEV Conference Best Practices & Guidelines

To help ensure an enjoyable, respectful, and productive experience for everyone, we kindly ask all attendees to observe the following guidelines throughout the conference.

Help Us Keep the Venue Clean

Please help us maintain our meeting spaces by disposing of all garbage, recycling, and personal belongings before leaving a room. Your cooperation helps keep the venue comfortable for all attendees.

Lunch Distribution

To ensure that every participant receives a meal that meets their needs, please only take the lunch that corresponds to the dietary preference or restriction you selected during registration. Your lunch bag and lunch box will be identified with matching coloured dots to help you locate the correct meal.

For attendees who requested no beef, no pork, halal, no fish, or no shellfish, a vegetarian meal will be provided on any day when the standard menu includes those ingredients.

Your cooperation helps ensure that everyone, especially those with specific dietary requirements, receives an appropriate meal. Thank you for your understanding.

Speaker A/V Support

If you are presenting, our A/V Coordinator, Mario, will be available to assist with any technical questions or presentation setup requests prior to your session. We encourage speakers to connect with him before their presentation to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Pizza Party 🍕

Join us for our social event! Enjoy pizza, drinks, sponsor swag and the opportunity to connect with fellow attendees in a relaxed and informal setting. We hope to see you there!
